DELIVERY: FREE over 1000Kč. Up to 1000Kč charged at 39Kč.
DPD : FREE over 1000Kč. Up to 1000Kč is charged at 59Kč.
GLS: FREE over 1000Kč. Up to 1000Kč charged at 59Kč.
Czech Post: 59Kč over 1000Kč. Up to 1000Kč charged at 79Kč.
Liftago within Prague: 129Kč (payment is possible only cashless before despatch)
DPD to Slovakia: 149Kč (payment is possible only cashless before dispatch)

The amount for determining the delivery fee is calculated from the price after all discounts, including gift vouchers and vouchers.

Please check that the packaging is intact before accepting the goods, if there is any discrepancy do not accept the goods. It is not possible to check the functionality of the product on the spot.

Unfortunately, the exact delivery time cannot be arranged with the carrier. The delivery of the goods is realised on the basis of communication from the carrier during the working day. If you are not reached by the carrier, you will receive information about the next delivery date or a call for collection at the post office.

The delivery date indicated on the e-shop is an approximate delivery date.

Personal collection : free of charge

Goods with personal collection in store are reserved three working days from the date of sending of the email with the invitation to collect the goods. The reservation can be extended, however, to a maximum of seven working days from the date of the sending of the first call for collection. Uncollected orders will be cancelled after the deadline.

Payment in cash or by credit card directly at our shop
You can pay for the goods in cash or by credit card at our shop. We accept Visa, Electron, MasterCard, and Maestro cards. For your safety and security you may be asked to show your ID.

Cash on delivery
You will pay the carrier upon delivery, directly at the address you specify. In the case of a cash on delivery order, it is unfortunately not possible to pay the carrier by card - payment is only possible in cash. If you pay by cash on delivery, a cash on delivery fee of 29Kč will be added to the order price.

Payment by Card Online or Online Payment
Goods in the eshop may be paid for in the payment gateway by card or by bank transfer from supported banks.
For purchases over 500Kč, the payment is discounted with a bonus of 39Kč.
