Complaints - how to proceed?

Dear customer, if, despite all our efforts to maintain the high quality of the goods offered, you have a legitimate reason for complaint, please proceed as follows:

  1. Fill out the online form below.
  2. If possible, please attach photos or a video that more precisely detail the location of the damage on the product. This will expedite the claim processing.
  3. Once the form is completed and confirmed, a PDF document will be created and sent to your email address. Please print this PDF and attach it to the returned goods along with a copy of the purchase receipt. It will help you identify the defect more quickly.
  4. If possible, mark the location of the defect on the product in a simple way (e.g., paper box). This will help the claim technician identify the defect.
  5. Package the defective goods in such a way that they are not further damaged.
